Orangetheory Fitness is taking over the QC.

Get ready for the most effective workout you have ever experienced. The intensity is based on your heart rate, so Orangetheory Fitness is for anyone – whether you are new to fitness or a professional athlete. During each class, you’ll switch between treadmills, indoor rowing and weight room/resistance training blocks. Each class is different, and every session is energetic.

The idea of Orangetheory is this: a 60-minute workout designed to push you into the Orange Zone. This creates “Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption,” or EPOC. It’s what burns calories after your workout and gives you noticeable, lasting results with Orangetheory Fitness. The results? More energy, visible toning and extra calorie burn.

It’s called the “Orange Effect,” and it is the x-factor to a totally new you. With locations at Quail Corners, The Arbortem, coming soon to SouthEnd, there’s sure to be an Orange Theory close to you.
