While the fashion pundits tell us silk shirts, statement knitwear, colored wool suiting, quilted bombers with matching pants are IN for Men’s Fall Winter Style 2017, you and I both know we’ll be lucky if something velvet finds its way into the same room as our men. Charlotte guys tend to traditional and conservative, rarely varying their look and I, for one, see no reason to complain. More shopping money for me!
But I do like a sharp dressed man, even if that sharpness tends to tweed and subtle striping. There are a few ways to punch up his look this fall & winter, adding a new plaid jacket, zip front sweater or some dark denim to his favorites. Moss grey, mixed blues and Red are colors to look for, and we are definitely mad for plaid.
