Daniel Gonzalez debuts knockout autumn drop

by Brianna Crane | October 26, 2026

Daniel Gonzalez’s autumn drop is now live, shoppable online or at his Eastover atelier.

  • In true Daniel fashion, the latest is a celebration of craftsmanship, femininity, texture and sophisticated silhouettes that flex with your day and any occasion, all in rich wine hues.
  • They’re pieces designed to be worn, loved, and enjoyed for years, with beautiful materials and thoughtful construction behind them.

His story: For the uninitiated, Daniel has been designing for women since he was a teenager. As a ballroom dancer, he made his partners’ dresses. By 17, he had to hire a seamstress to keep up. It became his full-time career in 2020.

The vision: Daniel’s personal ethos is his business strategy. He wants your closet to be carefully stocked with enduring staples you can enjoy season after season.

  • He’s championing a more intentional approach to fashion, celebrating thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and pieces meant to be treasured beyond a single season.
  • In a world where luxury is often recognized by its label, Daniel invites us to look a little closer. Beyond the name are the materials, the craftsmanship, the hands behind each garment, and the intention behind every detail. That’s where true luxury lies.

The difference: Daniel gets his silk from China, alpaca from Peru, and cotton and leather from Colombia. He touches every material and inspects every stitch.

  • “Fashion is one of the most intimate forms of communication, he says. “What we choose to place against our skin and carry into the world is an expression of our individuality, our identity, and what we value.
  • I believe clothing should celebrate the person wearing it, while encouraging us to be more intentional about our choices. We have an opportunity to lead by example, recognizing that what we purchase, wear, and support has an impact beyond ourselves.
  • To me, true luxury is rooted in individuality, exceptional craftsmanship, quality, and purpose.”

The atelier: Daniel’s Eastover atelier isn’t just a place to shop; it’s where exceptional fashion is actually being created. “I think there’s something really special about having this level of design and craftsmanship right here in Charlotte. We’re creating everything from our ready-to-wear collections to beautiful, one-of-a-kind bespoke pieces, all with the same attention to detail and quality,” he says.

  • The atelier is outfitted with hand-sketched designs, and skilled seamstresses are on site—an artform on the edge of extinction. He focuses on small-batch production and quality over quantity.
  • “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built and the talented team of seamstresses who help bring my vision to life every day,” Daniel tells Scoop.

On our radar: The Lily Cardigan is a hooded number in a gorgeous wine hue with a contrasting brown interior placket that extends around the hood. The mother-of-pearl buttons are the perfect punctuation mark on this versatile piece ($680).

To shop: You can shop the collection online or stop by his Eastover atelier at 757 Providence Road by appointment. Book yours here.
