When I lounge on the beach or by the pool, my appetite always seems to kick into high gear.  When I actually get into the water for a swim or do something that requires a bit more effort than turning the pages of a magazine, I get downright ravenous.

Obviously, I don’t want to look as though I just ate a huge meal while I am sporting a bikini, so I choose my beach and poolside lunches and snacks very wisely.

I’ll typically stick to things like coconut water, frozen grapes, sliced watermelon, and foods, such as the ones you’re about to see here.  They’re filling, but they won’t make you look or feel bloated and heavy.

Now pack up that cooler and soak up some sun!
