Graper Harper Cosmetic Surgery was founded 30 years ago by Dr. Robert Graper—one of the first plastic surgeons in Charlotte to embrace and prioritize the synergy between surgical and non-surgical therapies. Dr. Graper retired in December 2025.
- The practice has skyrocketed over the last decade, with the addition of doctors Garrett Harper in 2015 and Evon Zoog in 2023.
As a result of this growth, the office was in need of a refresh. Here’s a look at the practice newly renovated space, and a peek at what’s next for the still-growing group.

Describe the scope of the changes you have made and why now?
As our practice became busier and busier, it became necessary to separate the surgical and non-surgical staff.
- This allowed for total commitment and dedication to each craft which has enabled all of us to excel in our discipline and provide the best care we can to our patients.
- Our providers have really been able to focus on their passions and educate themselves on the best techniques and standards in the business.
What did you want the refresh to accomplish? How did you want people to feel in the new space?
We just wanted to update the place and make it more patient-friendly.
- The flow of the office is better and more inviting. The tones are softer and more modern.
- The space feels bigger and we all have a new skip to our step when we come to work now.
- When your business is making other people happier and more beautiful, it’s important for your office to radiate that same theme.

Are there any other details about the renovation—or updated treatments—you want to share with Scoop?
We never offer gimmicks or treatments that are just trendy. We pride ourselves on only offering treatments that are science-backed.
- With that philosophy guiding us, we have new laser therapies available, a multi-faceted weight loss and peptide program, as well as offer the newest technologies in breast implants and body contouring.
