Fenwick’s, Myers Park

If you know Charlotte, chances are you know Fenwick’s… The announcement of the beloved QC favorite closing its doors in April left many loyal customers devastated. Only a few months later, the restaurant has taken on new ownership (with the same menu we all loved) and has officially reopened.

Coined “The Pub NoDa’s Been Waiting For”… well, the wait is finally over. McHale’s Irish Pub has officially opened its doors to the public, open 7 days a week, from 11 am weekdays & 10 am weekends.

The Bar at Optimist Hall

Taking over the former Spindle Bar space, the newest craft cocktail concept in Optimist Hall is serving up wine, draft beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and obviously, cocktails. We’ve got our eye on the Frozen Espresso Martini, but The Bar has something for everyone.

After a fire forced the Rock Hill neighborhood market to close, Surefire Market reopened its doors in Camp North End as a modern bodega. Classic menu favorites like smash burgers and fried chicken sandwiches are back, alongside new additions like hand-spun milkshakes and curated retail goods.

Nickyo’s Rodeo, South End

Once a staple in Charlotte’s social scene, Nickyo’s Rodeo has made a comeback almost 40 years later. New to South End, this honky tonk bar is the place to be for karaoke, live music, and good times. The only rule: Giddy up or get out.

The People’s Market, Myers Park
