Mother’s Day Outreach by Pretty Things Charlotte

The amazing Ashley Manning of Pretty Things Charlotte is inspiring us again with her new Watch Love Grow outreach for mothers who have lost a child. You may have seen their efforts to recognize area widows on Valentines Day with a bouquet. This Spring, Watch Love Grow will work to identify local mothers who have lost a child – via nominations from the community, and will gather as a community to create flower arrangements and deliver these gifts across our city. Their mission is to remind these women that they are not forgotten and that their pain is not forgotten.

They will raise the funds to make this possible through donations HERE.

Volunteers to help are always needed in addition to donations. Info and sign up HERE.

Openings

A spectacular new garden store has opened, GARDENS ON GREEN, in West Charlotte at 123 Green St. (not gonna lie, it’s a bit of a hike but so worth it).

Love Shack Fancy opened their semi-permanent ‘pop-up’ shop at Phillips Place recently, with a big GO party on Saturday, 4/25. It will be open across from Peter Millar through September.

Gorjana Jewelry just opened at SouthPark Mall.
