ABODE Home Gets a New Look Designed Around You

If you happen to see the ABODE storefront as you’re driving down East Blvd. you can’t help but notice and love their new look ~ a crisp, eye-catching shade of green that signals something new and fresh is happening inside.

And so it is. Interior Designer Mary Miller has re-branded her flagship store to showcase a broader selection of items for your home and for your lifestyle, with an emphasis on bringing custom and semi-custom design to the retail customer.

Even their logo has been re-imagined with a modernized-traditional vibe.

While you will find many of the items we love ABODE for, like a huge selection of affordable designer lamps and lighting and art, you will also find an expanded gift area with a beautiful selection of baby and childrens’ presents, a dedicated Mahjong space, and a fabulous assortment of glass and tableware, unique tablecloths and napkins, perfect for entertaining and for hostess and wedding gifts.

As well as a nook for womens’ fashion featuring a fab selection of unique dresses in colorful prints for spring and summer.

Many of the items in the store are from exclusive designers and vendors, unique to ABODE in Charlotte, so you won’t see your picks all around town.

The message here is that It’s All in the Mix, so blending pops of color and a modern vibe with what’s already in your home, or taking something very traditional in nature but adding a modern twist in fabric or color.

Key to the new outlook at ABODE is that almost every furnishing in the store can be customized in color, fabric or finish.

Of course you can order your sofa and chairs in your choice of fabrics, but also tables, side tables, bedside tables, dressers, commodes and more can be custom-ordered in a huge array of colors, leathers, and cloths.
