About Renée Fleming

Renée Fleming has been nominated for 18 Grammy Awards and has won five times, and was, in 2023, one of the recipients of the Kennedy Center Honors. She has performed with a wide range of artists, including Luciano Pavarotti, Wynton Marsalis, Paul Simon, Andrea Bocelli, and Sting. Fleming is the only classical singer to have performed the National Anthem at the Super Bowl 🙂 .

You will revel in the elegance of the venue as Fleming’s luminous voice fills the space in a breathtaking performance inspired by her Grammy Award-winning album, Voice of Nature: The Anthropocene.

Accompanied by a stunning National Geographic Society film, this program blends exquisite music with the beauty of the natural world, featuring an eclectic mix of songs by Björk, Handel, Kevin Puts, Nico Muhly, and “Twilight and Shadow” from The Lord of the Rings.

What to Wear? Cocktail attire.

Go All Out.

If you are really looking to make the perfect night of it, splurge for tickets to the Charlotte Symphony Spring Gala – you will then start your evening at 5:30 pm with pre-concert cocktails and substantial fare in the beautiful Luski Gallery located at Foundation For The Carolinas.
