The “RESORT” fashion season hits the stores in January. So that the wealthy among us, who are island hopping to escape winter’s chill, will have the latest trends in which to enjoy tropical and fruity cocktails.
For most of us regular folks, the key words here are The Latest Trends. That you can buy in store right now. Even as we speak. So you can shop some of the new styles you are seeing in the mags. That you can buy if you are so sick of black, brown, and grey you could just ….you know….spit. So you can wear them under a cardi or top on our balmier 60 degree days, before we get slapped in the face with another round of in the low 30s.
The trends are all here in the resort collections at the stores right now. Graphics, brights, blues, corals, tribal, colorblocks, maxi’s, brights, neons. Here’s a slideshow of what we found in our local boutiques this week.
