The Italian Social Club

Everyone loves Nada – when I was looking for Italian lessons before a trip a few years ago, her name came up with glowing reviews so many times. On September 15th, Nada will join Bonterra for a Tuscan Wine Tasting. For $25 per person, you will sample several wines from the Tuscan Region of Italy, and enjoy pairing them with some delicious Tuscan inspired hors d’oeuvres. RSVP at 704.333.9463. Space is limited.
The Carolina Apple Feast

For the second year in a row, Slow Food Charlotte will be leading an apple-picking expedition up to Pinnacle, NC. And for the second year in a row, six Piedmont Culinary Guild chefs will be taking that bounty to create a six-course luxury dinner – with the proceeds to benefit PCG, Slow Food Charlotte, and the Elma C. Lomax Incubator Farm.
The 6 course apple inspired adventure in dining will take place at Bonterra on Monday, September 21st. There will be Cocktails / Hors d’Oeuvres at 6pm followed by Dinner at 7pm.
The Chefs:
