Today’s Home Tour takes through a recent Foxcroft remodel by Georgia Street Design. To me, this project really shows what founder Meredith Beregovski and her team do best—color.
- Southern design sometimes leans a little saccharine (IMO), but Meredith and her team are incredibly skilled at finding that edge.
The project: This six-month renovation included a full remodel of the primary bathroom, bedroom and closet.
- They also designed the nursery and two guest rooms, which created a sense of continuity between those spaces.
- Hobson Builders helped bring the project to life.
The aim: The clients wanted a larger, more functional primary closet and a bathroom that felt more like a spa, Meredith tells Scoop.
- “The primary bedroom has a beautiful, vaulted ceiling, but with all that height, it needed some warmth,” she says.
- The challenge was to make the room cozier without compromising what made the room special.
- The homeowners were also expecting a baby, so creating a nursery became an important part of the project.
Style in a few words: Bold, refined and earthy. It’s edgy enough to feel fresh, refined enough to feel timeless.
Star of the show: The primary bathroom really started with the copper tub, Meredith says.
- From there, they kept coming back to this vision of a Sedona spa—earthy and grounded, but with plenty of color.
- So, they incorporated terracotta toned grasscloth and deep greens.
- The result? A bold space that still feels calming—not overwhelming. Take a look.
