QC Lagree launches personal training, foundational Lagree classes and more in Myers Park

by Brianna Crane | August 28, 2026

QC Lagree Training & Wellness opened in the Myers Park neighborhood earlier this year. In the months since opening, they’ve expanded beyond their killer 40-minute Lagree classes.

  • They now offer personal training and private events (think: bday parties, bachelorette, team outings, etc.)

The latest: The Myers Park fitness studio just launched personal strength training for adults and kids.

  • They offer weight training, conditioning, Lagree Microformer and TPI Golf Performance sessions.
  • Choose from totally private 1:1 sessions or book a semi-private session for two.

Latest in Lagree: Owner Christina Langrall also recently launched Meet the Method—designed for beginners and those who want a refresh on the method. You can take it as a drop-in class or use one of your membership credits. The class covers:

  • A slow-paced breakdown of the Mega Pro carriage, springs, straps and black platforms.
  • Clear, hands-on instruction on how to protect your joints during slow, controlled transitions.
  • Lagree is famous for “time under tension,” which can take a session or two to get used to.
  • This is also the time to ask trainers about modifications, injuries or how to handle muscle shakes.

Events: QC Lagree now offers private events for birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate team building, etc. You can enjoy an exclusive 40-minute Lagree class tailored to your group, whether you’re first-timers or seasoned pros!

  • The studio also hosts regular monthly community-building events like salon and spa pop-ups, charity fundraisers and more.

Intro offer: If you haven’t tried yet, QC Lagree offers your first three classes for $60.
