Whiskey, Watches, & Wheels at Perry’s SouthPark

Perry’s Whiskey, Watches & Wheels event returns for its 9th year on Thursday, October 23rd, from 4–7 PM at Perry’s Showroom. Guests can enjoy whiskey tastings and cocktails from Southern Distilling Company, check out classic luxury cars, and mingle in style. From Regina George to Darth Vader, this night is dedicated to the characters everyone loves to hate. Head to Suffolk Punch in South End for Movie & TV Villians Trivia this Friday evening. They’ll cover everything from animated villains and horror icons to TV anti-heroes and cult favorites. It’s free to play, open to all team sizes, and costumes are encouraged. Prizes include gift cards for the top three teams, $30 for first, $20 for second, and $10 for third.

Running Scared 5 Miler – 5k & Monster Mile

One of Charlotte’s largest Halloween events is back for its 6th year… The Running Scared 5 Miler/5K & Monster Mile will take place on October 25th, 2025. This family fun event encourages participants to have fun, be creative, and dress up in costumes. Costumes are of course encouraged but not required. Enjoy a scenic 5 mile & 5K race through and around uptown Charlotte. There will be face painting, games, food trucks, beer, music, and more.

Halloween Bar Crawls 2025

Kick off spooky season in style at the 9th Annual Ghouls Gone Wild, Charlotte’s ultimate Halloween bar crawl. A Night Under The Sea

The Duke Mansion is diving into the deep blue for its annual Preservation Society Party and this year’s theme is pure magic: Under the Sea. One of Charlotte’s most elegant (and fun) costume events, the night will feature incredible food, cocktails, live music from @kidsinamericaband, and a glowing silent disco. Guests are encouraged to dress for the sea, think mermaids, sailors, captains, pirates, or sea creatures, or keep it chic in resort wear if costumes aren’t your thing.
