Since opening its doors in 2005, SouthPark’s hidden gem has redefined the standard for a luxury mixed-use destination, combining retail, office and residential seamlessly in an intentionally designed space.
To honor this milestone, Piedmont Town Center will host anniversary events throughout 2025, including an interactive giveaway with a $5000 Prize pack, anniversary menu features, and more.
The $5000 Giveaway
The giveaway, a Postcard From Piedmont Town Center will run June 9-July 11. The prize pack is valued at more than $5,000 including travel items, branded swag and GIFT CARDS FOR EXPERIENCES:

How it works:
- Starting on June 9, pick up your Postcard From Piedmont postcard at participating locations (check Piedmont Town Center social media closer to the date for list of participants).
- Make purchases at any of the participating businesses within the promotion time frame and have the postcard each time with marked with a PTC stamp.
- Once you have received stamps from all participating businesses, just take a photo of the card and send that image via direct message to the PTC Instagram account.

Charlotte institution Bentley’s, 4620 Piedmont Row Dr., Suite 110, brought its signature French-American cuisine — complete with tableside preparations and a refined atmosphere — to Piedmont Town Center in 2020. The relocation marked a significant transition from its previous perch atop the 27th floor of Charlotte Plaza in Uptown.
Summit Coffee, 4625 Piedmont Row Dr., Suite 115C, a home-grown brand that is known for exceptional coffee, is the place for SouthPark power meetings – especially weekday mornings.
Mal Pan, 4625 Piedmont Row Dr., Suite 115D, serves up a fusion of traditional and modern Mexican cuisine, drawing inspiration from regions like Baja and Yucatan, served on heirloom corn tortillas made in-house through the traditional nixtamalization process.
Tous Les Jours, 4625 Piedmont Row Dr., Suite 105, originated in South Korea in 1997 and combines French baking techniques with Asian flavors.
