Verse & Vino

Verse & Vino is the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library Foundation’s signature annual fundraiser, and over the past decade this celebration of reading, writing and the joy of libraries – shared with a community of readers and New York Times best-selling authors – has become one of Charlotte’s most anticipated events.

2023 Wine Festival

Sample 100+ specially curated domestic and international wines at the 2023 Wine Festival. This event is dedicated to supporting the unhoused community in the Charlotte region. Proceeds will be used to purchase two covered trailers for Hearts United for Good and The Feather Project, community non-profits dedicated to supporting our brothers and sisters fighting homelessness. Any proceeds left over will be donated to Time Out Youth, earmarked explicitly for homeless LGBTQ+ youth support.
