Fun Fact: In addition to the main retail space at the new Matthews store, there will also be a 100 sq. ft. studio space available for sublease by an up-and-coming vendor to jump start its business; at the PM location, popular brands Grow Charlotte and Twenty-Two West have both reaped the benefits of a studio space at Moxie, outgrowing it within months due to great success.

Off Broadway Shoes is closing its South Blvd store at the end of this month according to AxiosCLT.
The Phillips Place Regal Cinemas movie theater will close at some point, according the The Charlotte Ledger, who broke the news that Lincoln Harris plans to put a 10 story office tower in its place. This may take a while though, as according to this article in the Observer, the Regal Cinema’s lease is not up until 2025.
