Grab a craft cocktail at STIR in South End

Make your reservation now for South End’s newest hotspot. Located in the RailYard development, STIR specializes in craft cocktails made with artisanal ice and offers an oyster & cold seafood bar with several poke and ceviches. Enjoy brunch, lunch and dinner on their patio or spaced indoor seating. Brunch on weekends features $1 mimosas.

Grab a beer at the brand new Lost Worlds Brewing 

In Cornelius, this adventurous brewery opened just this week and offers a 95-seat taproom and 150-seat outdoor biergarten. Head there this weekend to enjoy six “basecamp beers” plus rotating features as part of their “adventure series.” They also regularly host food trucks and yoga. Find them at 19700-D One Norman Blvd.

Cool down at the new Popbar Camp North End

Beat the heat with by grabbing a handcrafted gelato, sorbet or yogurt on a stick at Popbar’s newest location at Camp North End. Find them at 270 Camp Road, Suite 105. Open Thursday – Saturday.

Enjoy a New-Orleans inspired brunch at newcomer Ruby Sunshine (opens Thursday)

Make brunch plans at this daytime eatery focused on New Orleans-inspired fare, including brunch cocktails, a variety of Benedicts, BBQ shrimp and grits, a classic croque madame and a whole section for French toast and pancakes. They officially open to the public on July 23. Find them at 332 W. Bland Street.

Make reservations for Fahrenheit’s Restaurant Week

Head to the rooftop at Fahrenheit for their very own pre-fixe menu July 24-August 2. Options on the three-course menu include crispy tempura rock shrimp, soy glazed salmon and strawberry cheesecake for dessert. Call 980-237-6718 to make your reservations.

Celebrate our city’s culinary scene at Crave CLT‘s selling out events

In celebration of Charlotte’s chefs and mixologists, Crave Charlotte is hosting daily events from July 21 through July 26 at some of the QC’s most popular restaurants and eateries. Drive-In Movie Night: Ice Age 4

The whole family can enjoy a drive-in screening of Ice Age 4 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. General Admission parking is $30 per car. Coolers are allowed.

The Metropolitan’s live music series continues this week with live music by 77th Street Revue. Free parking. Don’t forget to social distance and bring your own blankets and lawn chairs. 

Sunset Sessions at the Greenway
July 24-25 | Anne Springs Close Greenway

On Friday and Saturday night, the Sunset Sessions music series will feature live entertainment from Thomas Anthony and Caleb Davis. Attendees can also enjoy outdoor dining from The Canteen. Open to Greenway members only.

Drive-In Movie in Old Town Cornelius
July 25 | Lake Norman YMCA

In Lake Norman, the drive-in movie series continues with a screening of The Goonies. Popcorn, candy and concessions will be available.

CBDB & Blue Footed Boobies at The Music Yard Drive-In

Fin & Fino Virtual Summer Wine Dinner

Invite executive chef Dominic Cerasaro and sommelier Natalie Stewart into your home this Saturday night at Fin & Fino’s summer virtual wine dinner.
