Best of Charlotte Salads from Mooresville to Fort Mill

The summer heat is here, and while we’re all aiming to be safe and be outdoors, the only thing (besides ice cream) that will fit the bill for an alfresco lunch or dinner is a fresh salad. From Lake Norman to South Charlotte, here are some of our top salad picks.
