Getting a bit bored with sweats, snacks and social distancing? One of our clients, EVOLVE Medical Associates, has a skin care solutions quiz that you can take in your now-too-abundant free time ~ to create and obtain a no-cost personalized skin care regimen from the Evolve medical aesthetician.
The Baumann Skin Type® Solutions program was created by dermatologists to tailor and personalize your skincare products and daily regimen as specifically as possible to your needs. The quiz, which you can take here, asks a series of questions (none too complex) to help identify which of the 16 skin types and issues you have. Dry or Oily | Sensitive or Resistant | Pigmented or Non-Pigmented | Wrinkled or Tight and all the combos of these.
Once you’ve finished the questionnaire, it will be sent to the Evolve staff to review and contact you with follow up recommendations on products and treatments. Evolve is one of the first medical spas in the Carolinas to offer this service, and their patients and clients love it.

You will need to enter the physician code EMA125.
Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, you’ll be assigned a Skin Type, and your info will be sent to Evolve for review and follow up. It will look like this:
You’ll get a skin type specific regimen that you can discuss with the aesthetician, and decide what products you might like to try. You’ll also get a recommendation on other treatments available at the practice to help address your issues, if you have any.
Then you can schedule a VIRTUAL consult with the aesthetician or email with her and you can order those products you select directly from the app or website. Or you can wait til things open back up and make an in-person appointment. Or you can just go back to streaming Tiger King and eating peanut butter from the jar.
