Bank of America’s Museums on Us® program offers free admission to the following area museums every month: Harvey B. Gantt Center for African-American Arts + Culture, Levine Museum of the New South, Mint Museum Randolph and Mint Museum Uptown.

Thursday Night Music at the Garden

FRIDAY
First Friday 2020
Middle C Jazz | 7:15 and 9:30 p.m.
Middle C’s Jazz N Soul Music First Friday 2020 will feature two shows from Jazz Revolution: the 7:15 p.m. show will feature jazz standards and favorites and the 9:30 p.m. show will be a mix of smooth jazz and soul. $17 per person.
OH Well: Candlelight Yoga with Essential Thrive
Optimist Hall | 6:30 p.m.

Kick off the new year with yoga at the next installment of Optimist Hall’s #OHWELL series. This all-levels class will be led by Lauren McAbee. Free registration.
Face 2 Face: Elton John & Billy Joel Tribute
The Fillmore Charlotte | 8 p.m.

Jam along to hits from two of the all-time greatest artists as the Face 2 Face tribute band comes to the Fillmore. $10 general admission.

Calvin Edwards Trio

See Calvin Edwards, an international artist, accomplished musician, vocalist, songwriter and producer, live at Uptown’s Middle C Jazz. $12 in advance, $15 at the door.
Parent/Child Brunch Cooking Class
Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen | 10:30 a.m.
Kids ages 7-12 can work alongside parents to create brunch favorites. The menu includes a vegetable frittata, crispy potato hash and cinnamon rolls. $70 per person.
The New York BeeGee’s Tribute Show: ‘Saturday Night Fever’
