Both locations of The Mint Museum offer free admission every Wednesday. Mint on the Dot! art chats are offered every Wednesday evening at 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. Look for the “Mint on the Dot!” signs on the gallery floor.

Register for the marathon, half marathon, relay, 5K or kids’ 1-mile run. Race finishes at NoDa Brewing Company with snacks, marathon merchandise and local beer.
Statesville Pumpkin Fest
Visit with arts and crafts vendors, sample local food, participate in a pumpkin pie-eating contest, enjoy the Carolina craft beer garden, visit the Classic Car Cruise-In, and take the kids to the Festival Kids Zone with games and rides. For an additional fee, register to run the 5K at 8:30 a.m. or to compete in the cornhole tournament.
EpicFest Family Festival
ImaginOn: The Joe & Joan Martin Center
EpicFest connects children, books, authors and illustrators through activities that encourage a love of reading and learning. At noon, Lucky Diaz and the Family Jam Band will perform in the McColl Family Theatre. The family festival runs until 4:00 p.m. with the young adult author panel to follow until 6:30 p.m.
