Work For Your Beer & Lenny Boy | Sip & Sweat

FREE HIIT workout

Tone your whole body with this free brewery style workout. Work for your beer with in the HIIT-style class led by Justine of Justine Grosso Fitness. Stax Charlotte’s boot camp sessions are every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-7:30. Each session is free, so well over a hundred people join. These sessions are for all fitness levels, so don’t let the word “boot camp” intimidate you. You will run, jump, do body weight exercises, and sweat.
