Looking for something new but still want your weekly yoga? Check out the relatively new fitness studio in Morrison shops, VIBE5 (pronounced “Vibes”). While the studio offers lots of yoga (7 class types including what has to be CLT’s first hot hip hop yoga class), there are also several strength classes, plus a boot camp class and 3 youth/athlete class programs. Taught by some of the QC’s most influential and talented fitness folk.

Started by two working moms with an entreprenurial bent, VIBE5 strives to provide a place where you can connect, engage in community and find the courage to go beyond what you think is possible. Whether your goal is to challenge your body, open your heart, calm your mind or all of the above, vibe5 has the right class for you, and there is something for everyone in the family.
