My 3 year old was extremely into Christmas this past holiday season, and even though I loved his enthusiasm, I was worried that he’d be traumatized once it was over. We ended up singing Jingle Bells and watching Frosty all throughout January and February, and I knew that I needed to get him excited about something else.

That’s when I realized that Easter was just around the corner.
Since that epiphany, we’ve been reading Easter books, hunting for eggs around the house, hopping like bunnies, and of course, enjoying some festive, kid-approved treats.
With treats, such as bunny pancakes, doughnuts, chocolate covered strawberries, and jelly bean popcorn, Christmas is now just a distant memory. The only problem is that I have a feeling we’ll be celebrating Easter until the month of July!
