You gotta try the Turkey Sushi at Cowfish.

I know, it does sound weird, but if anyone can do it, you know THE COWFISH can.  I tried this roll a couple of weeks ago at a press party, and it’s pretty doggone tasty.
The Gobble-Gobble-ooshi roll (whaaaaaat?) is a limited-time offering from The Cowfish, and it’s like having Thanksgiving dinner rolled up into one light, crunchy, delicious package.
Roasted turkey and fried green beans wrapped in soy paper and sweet potato strings, flash friend and topped with cranberry sauce and fried green beans treat you to an unexpected twist on a Thanksgiving classic. Even the gravy is included. (What’s turkey without gravy?)

The Cowfish will donate a portion of proceeds from sales of the Gobble-Gobble-ooshi roll to Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. “We’re excited to help raise money and awareness for an organization doing vital work in our community,” says Marcus Hall, The Cowfish co-owner. “During a season of giving, it’s important to us that we do something to help our neighbors who are hungry.”
Like Thanksgiving weekend and sweet potato pie, The Gobble-Gobble-ooshi roll is fleeting. The $16 roll will only be available through Thanksgiving at the Charlotte (and Raleigh) Cowfish locations.
