We’re taking a rain check this weekend, but join in on Front Porch Sundays again NEXT SUNDAY Oct. 11!
Enjoy everything we love about Charlotte (and Sundays) on South End’s “front porch.” Right next door to Sycamore Brewing at Shook Kelly, there’ll be local vendors for you to shop… painted pumpkins for purchase or supplies for you to paint your own….food from Juan Taco Truck and Belly Backers, sweets from southerncakequeen and Polar Snoballs by Kelly….and the South End Wine Fest will be there with a free wine tasting. Shopping is a major part of Front Porch Sundays ~ you can wander in and out of fashion trucks Curvaceous Closet,  The Marketplace and  The Sole Addiction and shop a growing list of vendors curated & coordinated by the owner of The Blvd at SouthEnd, so you know they will be good!

2015 Komen Race for the Cure

Lace up ladies, this one’s a cause we can all get behind. The 2015 Komen Race for the Cure is back in Charlotte this weekend. The 5K course winds through Uptown and Myers Park and ends with a ceremony and party. Proceeds benefit programs for those fighting breast cancer and early detection research.
