When I scroll through any of my social media accounts, it seems as though everyone under the sun has been apple picking lately. While the pictures of my college roommate’s infant sitting in a wagon surrounded by twenty pounds of apples is quite adorable, I’m willing to bet that most of those apples will go to waste and are destined to become nothing more than photo props.
