If it’s springtime in the south, we must be at a horse race. Or a golf tournament. There’s just no better place to break out the cute spring clothes than Charlotte’s very own Queen’s Cup Steeplechase and Wells Fargo Championship. Like Hard Scuffle, The Gold Cup and the Kentucky Derby, steeplechase and thoroughbred racing are historically (sometimes hysterically) fashionable events.
