“Eyes, Lips, Face” is a super-cheap make-up line. Too cheap to believe – most items are priced at $1 – $2. That’s right, $1. Not on sale, not a close-out, but everyday $1. The package size is smaller and in stores like Target, e.l.f. is often found in the sample bins. And while you may have (valid) concerns about putting cheap stuff on your face, I’ve scoured the web for reviews and haven’t found many product complaints. The ingredients seem legit. However, way back when I first read about E.L.F., I did find LOTS of service complaints about their webstore’s shipping and delivery, Although recent reviewers seem to think these issues (like 3+ week delivery times) have been mostly resolved.
I haven’t tried the E.L.F. But for a $1 bottle of nail polish, a $1 lip tint and/or a $1 eye pencil in a color you’ve hesitated to try, maybe you can deal with a long lead-time? In addition to the low prices, e.l.f. has lots of promos, something going all the time. www.eyeslipsface.com.
