Palestra Boutique Spa

Indulge in the VIP treatment at Palestra Boutique Spa — located next to the Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark. Boasting an array of elevated offerings that include customized facials, body treatments, massages, hair removal, and lash and brow services, Palestra makes it easy to lose your stress and find your calm. Co-owners Lora Lindquist and Brian Collins also make up two of the professional massage therapists on their extensive team.

AKT SouthPark

Owner Meredith Opsahl, a former advertising sales executive, trained as a Balance Body instructor for 12 years before opening BK Pilates in Charlotte.
