About Lisa Warren

Lisa Warren is a native Charlottean, and has a firsthand knowledge of some of the city’s most desired neighborhoods having lived in Eastover, Myers Park and now near Southpark. Consistently a top producer at Cottingham Chalk, she builds her business through her relationships and a commitment to excellence and hard work.

After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill, Lisa worked as a commercial real estate lender giving her an excellent background in real estate finance and negotiations. She brings these skills plus her energy and creativity, to help her clients achieve maximum financial success in their personal transactions.

Lisa enjoys serving as a leader in the community including the schools, her church and several other local organizations. She is married to husband Dean and they have four children, two daughter-in-laws and an adorable granddaughter, Maggie.
