Movement drives health, but not all movement is created equal. Join Master Yoga Instructor Grace Morales for one of the most innovative workshops offered in the fitness and yoga community.
Through a series of carefully crafted exercises, this Functional Line Training Workshop uses light hand and ankle weights to tone the arms, slim the waistline, lift the inner thighs and flatten the lower abdominal wall in a powerful way. Clients will learn to move more efficiently, prevent injury, improve balance and flexibility and build strength.
