New to yoga, but don’t know where to start? Join us for a 6 part workshop on the fundamentals of flow, Saturdays 2 – 3:30pm. We’ll cover the basics of breath and the foundations of form to teach you to flow like a boss! In this all encompassing course, we will ease into key postures by centering each class around four pillars: Breath, Strength, Balance, and Power. All levels and ages are welcomed and encouraged to join.
What to expect: Practice in a playful and welcoming environment, break down mental and physical barriers, learn proper alignment, and most importantly – LET GO and have FUN!
*Workshop participation also gets you TWO FREE NEW VIBE5 classes per week to practice what you’ve learned! Tue + Thur eveings 7pm. (classes are open to the public)
