IM=X Pilates in the Arboretum is offering Scoop Readers new to the studio a FREE WEEK of classes this month.
Attend an introductory class or private in September, mention that you are a Scoop reader, and IM=X will apply a free week of classes to your account.
IM=X Pilates has added lots of new classes, new instructors and new equipment for you to try. They have recently expanded their schedule to offer over 60 classes/week including Xercizer (their patented version of a traditional pilates reformer), TRX, Tower, Mat pilates, Yoga (including prenatal), and Barre offerings.
Also new are IM=X Certified Instructors Brittany, Jen, Lauren and Shannon. You will see all of these ladies on the schedule as IM=X transitions to their newly expanded schedule beginning Tuesday September 6th. In case you did not know, IM=X is a “teaching” studio. Owner, Laura Fuller, is a Master Trainer and annually brings new instructors through an extensive certification process that includes anatomy lessons, research reviews, practice teaching and mentoring that extends beyond official certification.

- Lunch Time Express Classes (TRX, Abs Xercizer, Jumps Xercizer, Stretch Xercizer)
- New Formats: Stretch, Xercizer/Barre Hybrid, Advanced, Fundamentals
