Available at Net-a-porter and Intuition.com, designed by Anna Sui and featuring the supposedly slimming shape from FitFlop.  At $195, with a fair amount of style and the promise that just wearing them is slender-izing, they’re selling out whether they do or not.

Yes, girls love Louboutin &  yes, girls love Barbie.  (isn’t there a tiny age gap between them, though?).  $150 barbie to go w/your $850 shoes.  Hmmmm. These rolled out this fall, but maybe you only get to Walmart during the holidays.  The Hard Candy brand, much like it’s name, is subversive in style but cute in cosmetics.  It’s always been a great buy for the tween/early teen and now, at Walmart prices it’s hard to beat.  Pretty much everything is betwee $5-$10.  To see the line online, click here.

The gig is up. Pierre Hardy boots for GAP, a ton of style for $175, won’t be available to those outside major metros (NY, SF, London, the like).  Not even online.  What’s worse, these boots, which were towering on +4″ heels in early photos, are more, well, down-to-earth in reality.  But not down-to-earth enough to be here, ON MY FEET.   (more…)

sometimes designer collabs disappoint in quality, sometimes you just can’t find them at all. Coming 11/1 to Target?  Carlos Falchi handbags.  Not much of a Falchi fan myself, but those who like, the Target version looks decent for $25 (which is about 1/100th of the price of the real deal).   (more…)
