Sole Survivor. Single Sole Shoes are definitely back.

If you’re like me, you’re like….what?
Oh, wait.  of course.  A single sole is the regular shoe, the non-platorm shoe.

While platforms are not out of the picture, single sole shoes are hugely back this year.  Trickled in last fall, major presence this spring / summer.  They can be stiletto, kitten-heeled or even stocky-heeled,  pump, bootie or sandal.  Mostly a pointy toe, to work with a pointy heel.  The fresh & elegant look this season is back to the classic, flattering style we all know and love from brands like Jimmy Choo and Manolo.  Nothing looks better with a cropped pant or skinny jean this spring.    A few we love from Neiman Marcus (pulled these from NM.com but you can always ask the store to have them sent in if you want to try before you buy):
