March 2010 Shopping Spree Contest Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win.  One entry per person please (you will be entered into the contest one time for each diifferent email address you subscribe).

The entry deadline (new subscriber sign up) is midnight Sunday, April 5, 2010.  Winner(s) will be randomly selected from all entries/new suscriptions received by the deadline and will be notified by Monday, April 6, 2010 at 9 am.  Notification will be in the form of an email and will be sent to the email address used by the contestant to enter the drawing.
Winners will have 10 days to respond to notification and to provide a mailing address to receive their prize.  If no response or usable mailing address is received within 10 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winning entry will be selected.  Scoopcharlotte will mail the prize within 2 business days of receiving a usable mailing address via email.

scoopcharlotte will announce the winner(s) in the following week’s posting.  Acceptance of the contest prize and response via email is tacit agreement by the winner to the right of scoopcharlotte to post the winner’s last name only on the site.
